Information stored by the app

Turn Timer stores the information needed to run timers and reusable sequences on your device, including timer duration and sound preferences, saved templates, round names, colors, sounds, durations, repeat settings, local session history, and purchase entitlement state.

Information collected by the developer

KinNoKi Labs does not collect timer templates, session history, device analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking data from Turn Timer. The app does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

iCloud sync

The Apple app enables template and history sync automatically when Turn Timer Pro is unlocked. When iCloud is available, it stores saved templates and session history in your private iCloud database through Apple's CloudKit service. Sound preferences also use Apple's iCloud key-value storage. KinNoKi Labs does not operate a separate account server for this sync and cannot read the contents of your private iCloud database.

Browser app

The web app stores templates, preferences, and session history in your browser's local storage. Its service worker caches app files for offline use. It does not send this timer data to a developer-run server or sync it through iCloud. Exported template files go where you choose to save or share them. Clearing site data removes the browser's local copy.

Widgets and Apple Watch

The Apple app shares template snapshots with its widget extension on the same device and sends saved-template snapshots to the paired Apple Watch through Apple's WatchConnectivity framework. These features do not use a developer-run server.

App Store purchases

Turn Timer Pro purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. KinNoKi Labs does not receive your full payment card details.

Support requests

If you contact support, KinNoKi Labs receives the email address and message content you choose to send. Support messages are used only to respond to your request and manage support.

Information not accessed

Turn Timer does not currently access location, contacts, camera, photos, microphone, HealthKit, motion data, or browsing history.

Sharing

KinNoKi Labs does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. The app uses the Apple services described above. You choose where exported or shared template files go. Support information may be shared to respond to your request or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Local templates and history remain on your device until you delete them or delete the app. iCloud-synced data remains in your private iCloud database according to Apple iCloud behavior and your iCloud settings. Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer and manage support.

Children's privacy

Turn Timer is not directed to children under 13. KinNoKi Labs does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

Changes

This policy may be updated when Turn Timer's features or data practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
